  • As an engineering grade enterprise level software, we apply the latest best practices to certify and support Windows OS, Windows MS SQL, Security Standards (both in network and off-network), deliver responsive and stable software performance, and integrate with major internal information systems.
  • Provide top professional on-boarding experience to train, implement, and provide on-going technical support.
  • Highly responsive and modern technical support services run by well selected and trained Application Software Engineers who possess industrial manufacturing domain knowledge and software related expertise.

Customers’ key channel of communication is through a modern online High QA Resources Center. This online resource encompasses both a comprehensive knowledge base and a collaborative, context driven, ticketing system.

Through our Resources Center we provide our customers wealth of education material (including updated video clips and documentation), visibility and status of their tickets and inquiries, new versions updates, release notes, tickets history and more.
