Implementation Specialist Position Description

High QA is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team.

The Implementation Specialist will use technical knowledge to install, monitor and customize manufacturing quality management software solutions for customers after the initial purchase. They will ensure that a client doesn’t just buy our product, but has a positive experience with it, too. They will talk with clients, collect data, customize features, define objectives and lead or coordinate training sessions. 

High QA, Inc. provides our customers a comprehensive Manufacturing Quality Management platform. Our Inspection Manager™ software is specifically designed to support the quality requirements and data needs of Aerospace, Medical, Automotive and other highly regulated manufacturing industries.

What You'll Do

Primary responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact & liaison for Factory Pro & Enterprise customers.
  • Manage implementation plans to meet customer expectations and timelines.
  • Map customer quality processes and identify needed changes to enable effective utilization of Inspection Manager.
  • Lead or coordinate implementation training sessions.
  • Consult with customers to transfer best practices and make recommendations.
  • Provide responses, ownership, and resolution of all assigned support tickets.
  • Enlist and coordinate with other internal departments (product, development, operations, QA, etc.) as needed.
  • Channel the voice of the customer and communicate customer needs and challenges with company leadership. 
  • Maintain orderly, necessary, and timely communication with customers.
  • Manage and maintain customer relations throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with experience in quality and manufacturing process optimization using software in highly regulated environments. This is a remote position allowing for work from a home office. Approximately 30% travel is expected.

What We Need to See

Required skills and background:

  • 2+ years of experience implementing, training and/or supporting Quality/ERP/PLM systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or Shop Floor experience.
  • Experience with JIRA or other support/ticketing platforms.
  • Experience with manufacturing blueprints and quality terminology preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
